infosyon Quality Standards for System Constellations in Organisations

Working with constellations in organisations should only be carried out by professionals. These are people who are familiar with both the tools of organisational constellations and have a broad organisational background – supported by the necessary professional attitude and personality.

The quality standards of infosyon (since 2005) are unique worldwide, and focus explicitly on the field of organisations (see Special Field Organisations). They were designed in dialogue with a panel of experts, and shall give helpful orientation to professional users regarding their qualifications. Best practice after the first five years showed, that they are very useful for developing ones professional identity.

For clients of facilitators who work with system constellations, the standards can give important reference on applying them in an appropriate way and in the correct procedure.  Naturally they cannot provide a “guarantee for quality”.infosyon has set up an ombudsman, to deal with any negative experiences which may occur.
